Eligibility & Detailed Rules
1. Eligibility
Available only to members on designated eligible tiers (Advanced and Ultimate). Member must maintain an active and continuous paid membership for a minimum of 3 months before accessing this benefit. Membership must be current, valid, and in good standing at the time of claim submission and assessment.
2. Benefit Limit
Reimbursement is capped at up to $150 per use during the membership year. Advanced members can access 1 use per year, while Ultimate members can access up to 2 uses (totaling up to $300). Any unused portion does not roll over into future periods.
3. Eligible Services
This benefit applies only to standard professional car detailing services, including Exterior and Interior cleaning and detailing, and Full detailing packages. All services must be performed by a legitimate, verifiable commercial provider operating within Australia.
4. Claim Process
Members must provide a valid tax invoice/receipt, proof of completed payment, and sufficient business details to verify the provider. Claims should be submitted within 30 days of the service.
