Mighty Fines does not promote or encourage unlawful, unsafe, or irresponsible driving behaviour. The service is designed to provide limited financial relief, not to support repeated or intentional offending.
Claims may be reduced, declined, or restricted where usage appears excessive, abnormal, deliberate, or inconsistent with the intended purpose of the membership.
