Mighty Fines may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, membership choices, postcodes, billing references, and other information that members provide through website forms, checkout, or support channels.
We may also retain operational records such as Stripe subscription identifiers, payment status events, SMS delivery references, and support communications where needed to run the service responsibly.
Information is used to manage sign-up flows, process recurring payments, send service communications, respond to support requests, and meet legal or operational obligations.
Phone numbers may be used for membership-related SMS notifications, including signup confirmations and minimum-term reminders where that workflow is enabled.
